“We work in silence and let our success make the noise”

About me

I am a Sports Rehabilitator and Sports Scientist with a specialist interest in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries, alongside strength and conditioning for footballers and runners. At present I work with several footballers competing across the Premier League, Championship, and La Liga, delivering high-performance injury management and performance support tailored to the demands of their sport.

Alongside providing services at The Athletes Room, I am also a Lecturer at the University of Greater Manchester, delivering across a range of modules on the BSc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation programme. I have extensive experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries through years of work in both private practice and elite sport environments.

I have been an integral member of multidisciplinary teams at several major international sporting events, including the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, and World Athletics Championships, supporting athletes in their preparation, performance, and recovery from both training and competition.

My vision is to provide world-class sports rehabilitation and performance services to athletes of all levels, ensuring everyone has access to the same high standards of care, expertise, and performance support used within elite sport..
